How do I send peptides to a laboratory for testing?
The short answer
Order the analysis first so your sample arrives with a reference, then post the vial in its original packaging with padding, marked as a research chemical sample of no commercial value. Lyophilised peptide is stable at ambient temperature for normal transit times, so cold shipping is unnecessary. Keep the tracking number until the result is issued.

Two practical points cause most problems. Send the vial unopened where possible, because an opened vial has an unknown exposure history. And do not include anything in the package that identifies the vendor if you want a genuinely blind result.
Declare the contents accurately. Under-declaring or misdescribing a shipment creates a customs problem that delays the analysis and helps nobody.
