What if my peptide is not on the price list?
The short answer
Ask, and the quote is published rather than sent privately. Adding an analyte requires a suitable reference standard and a method check, which is what determines feasibility and price. When we quote a new peptide we add it to the public price list at the same time, so the next person asking finds the answer already there.

Feasibility usually comes down to the reference standard. Where a qualified standard exists the method work is routine; where it does not, the laboratory must characterise its own reference material and say so on the certificate.
Very large or unusually modified peptides can need different chromatographic conditions, which is a method-development question rather than a refusal.
Publishing the quote is deliberate. A price list that grows in public stays checkable, and nobody has to negotiate to learn what something costs.
