Who owns us, and why we are telling you.
One of our shareholders works in peptide distribution and in manufacturing for third-party brands. That means a relationship exists between this laboratory and some of the product it analyses. We could leave that out. Some laboratories in this market do.
We are not leaving it out, for two reasons. A laboratory whose entire proposition is publishing every result cannot begin by concealing its own ownership — it would be a contradiction, and it would come out anyway. And a declared conflict under verifiable control is not a defect: it is how clinical research and contract laboratories work every day. What is indefensible is a hidden one.

B — The line we drew
What this laboratory does not test
The direct-to-consumer product of the distributor shareholder is not analysed here. Its verification stays with an independent external laboratory, and it will stay there.
That is a deliberate refusal of an obvious cost saving. We make it because a certificate issued by a laboratory on the product its own shareholder sells to the public would not carry the weight a certificate has to carry — and because we would rather this boundary be written down before somebody has to ask us about it.
What the laboratory does analyse in that orbit is product belonging to third-party brands — separate companies that own their own brand, commission the analysis and receive the certificate — alongside any other client from the open market.
C — The controls
Six things you can check yourself
A declaration without controls is worth nothing. These are verifiable from outside, and that is the only reason they mean anything.

The second control is the one doing real work. By flagging related product in a public, filterable database, we deliberately expose ourselves to anyone calculating whether our own product passes more often than it should. That is a comparison we cannot quietly manipulate.
D — Limits
What this policy does not do
- It does not remove the relationship. It declares it and controls it. If you would rather use a laboratory with no connection to distribution at all, that option exists and we think it is a reasonable choice.
- The controls depend on us doing what we say. The guarantee is not our word: it is that the database is public, the comparison is computable by anyone, and blind samples are undetectable to us. If we break it, it shows.
- The 10% external cross-check is a floor, not a ceiling.

If we break this
If it is established that a result was altered, withheld or repeated to favour related product:
- We publish the fact in the database, with the full trail of the case.
- We re-analyse the entire history of related product for the affected period at an external laboratory, at our cost, and publish it.
- We refund, on request, every client for analyses in that period.
F — Scope
Peptides only
Independently of everything above, this laboratory analyses only peptides not subject to special control. Controlled substances are expressly excluded. This is written into the company's constitution, not a commercial preference, and admits no exception.
