Home › Learn › How much does peptide testing cost? (2026)
What peptide testing costs in 2026.
The short answer
In 2026, a standard single-peptide test (purity + quantity) costs between €99 and about $450 depending on laboratory and analyte. Group testing runs $100–135 per vial through brokers. Add-ons cost extra everywhere: MS identity from ~€79, endotoxin ~$180, sterility ~$290. Rush service typically adds 50–100% to the base price.

|---|---|
| GLP-1 blind panel | €138 – $360 |
| Group testing (broker) | $100 – 135 per vial, longer queues |
| MS identity confirmation | from €79 as an add-on where offered |

What drives it
Why the same test varies 4× between labs
- Reference standards. Pharmacopoeial standards for GLP-1 analytes cost four figures per vial; labs amortize that differently.
- What is bundled. Some base prices include quantification and a full chromatogram; others sell purity alone and everything else on top.
- Market position. The published leader's list roughly tripled from 2024 to 2026 while budget entrants held near $100–180 — pricing power, not cost, explains most of the spread.
- Volume agreements. Business accounts get tiered discounts at most labs (ours are published: −10/−15/−20% by monthly volume, locked 24 months, on approved trade accounts).
FAQ
Common questions
Is cheap peptide testing reliable?
Price alone predicts little. Judge a cheap test the same way as an expensive one: does the lab publish its method, run duplicates, offer verification, and state the identity basis? A $100 test with those properties beats a $300 test without them.
Does anyone test peptides for free?
No independent laboratory tests for free. Vendor-provided CoAs are paid for by the vendor, which is precisely why third-party testing exists. Group testing splits costs across buyers and is the cheapest legitimate route.
Iberian Analytical opens in Q1 2027 — €99 per test, 48–72 h target, and every result published in a public database, mandatory and free. Nothing is sold on this site today. Leave an email and we will write once, when the laboratory starts issuing certificates.
